02/05/2021 another fantastic day spent testing @ Heathcote Park Raceway.

Rolled the car off the trailer & managed to run a 7.16 @ 196.3MPH.

We now officially have the FASTEST MPH SOHC RB30 in the world & we are proud to say that this engine is still utilising the factory cast block, factory crankshaft & is completely grout free running a full water setup.

We would like to say a big thanks to Lance & the team @ Heathcote Park Raceway, their efforts have paid off & the track continues to improve every time we go out.

Previously tuned on 98 octane fuel making 340KW Andrew returned his car to us with the plan to put it on E85.

We installed a Frenchy's Performance Garage in-tank fuel system, Walbro fuel pumps & 2400cc injectors.

We also carried out a check over & tidy, replacing all the heater hoses that commonly leak on these engines.

We were happy to achieve. Andrews goal of over 400KW & look forward to seeing the car back here in the future for further upgrades.

NEW PRODUCT: JPC RB30 billet high flow water pump.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to develop our new RB30 high flow water pump.

Designed to cool engines more efficiently, prevent hot pockets which can lead to cracks & limit cavitation.

Extensive research has gone into these pumps to ensure we are providing you with a quality product that works.

Jory's VL came to us as a factory N/A car.

We carried out our 350KW turbo conversion package which included our STAGE II hydraulic cylinder head, sealing ring & head gasket kit, STAGE II fuel system upgrade, inlet manifold installation, MSD ignition system, Garrett intercooler & piping, custom catch can, 3" exhaust system, Link ECU plug & play & installation of the hot side setup which our customer supplied.

All fabrication, wiring & tuning was carried out in house.

Vehicle came in with 60KW & has now left with 303KW @ the wheels on 18PSI.

Standard N/A bottom end & standard automatic transmission.

Lachlan's Subaru was in need of some love when he dropped it down to us.

We carried out a complete forged engine rebuild inc new cylinder head & block.

Cylinder head was reconditioned, ported & upgraded with cams & valve springs.

Fuel system received an overhall with new injectors, fuel pump & surge tank setup.

All fabrication work was carried out in house, catch can, intercooler pipes, dump pipe etc.

Turbo was rebuilt & upgraded.

Lachlan was also specific about being able to run the car on both 98 & E85.

We installed a Link ECU Fury computer with flex fuel sensor setup.

Gearbox was sent to Gotitrex for rebuilding.

Run in tune on 98 octane 250KW.

We look forward to getting the car back here after it's run in at the track for it's final E85 tune.

Ben's VL came to us with a suspected head gasket problem.

We confirmed the issue & installed our JPC head gasket & sealing ring system.

We also carried out our STAGE I oil control upgrade which included our JPC performance baffled sump & equalizer kit.

The engine bay was checked over & tidied & vehicle was retuned.
